RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• At Chachikko, we're brimming with confidence that our collections will capture your heart! That's why we extend a 7-day window from the date of delivery for you to return the product if you have a size issue. All we kindly request is that the product be returned in its pristine, original condition with all tags securely in place.
• Free Replacements are done only for orders that have any product defects. For size exchange or change-of-mind exchanges, a flat fee of Rs.100 will be charged to arrange for return shipping and restocking.
• There will be no cash refunds for COD orders. Instead, you will be provided with store credit.
